I didn’t get her name but the gal who helped us was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. We have punched from this store for several years but this time changed the food because of the email about birds needing more protein while they molt, or something like that. I didn’t have the email but she knew right away what we could use and was so kind in explaining to us about how to use it (mix with some other so they get used to it).

You had the products I wanted in stock. They're getting a bit pricier though! Plus, lots of bird-related gifts that I like to peruse. Nice, always greeted when I enter and an offer of assistance, if needed.

Sue was able to answer questions I had and help me find the products I was shopping for.
