Gary went above & beyond to accommodate my needs for an incident w/our bird feeding pole system. And not only that but he replaced a portion of the pool called the baffle box with a new one at no additional charge because it had rusted and it had a lifetime warranty that he honored. These reasons & more make me want to do business at the store.
