Peg is the best. She’s always helpful and attentive but not overbearing. I’m so glad she’s still in the store. She’s just a lovely person in the addition of Willamina makes the visit even better.

Everyone there is friendly and informative; and they each ensure that we receive any benefits to which we are entitled. They are always helpful, and they always offer a carry-out although we usually do not need one.

Staff is always very helpful and willing to spend the time to answer questions. Birdseed is good quality, especially like the "no mess" seed because there is no waste.

My husband & I recently moved here & had happened upon the store during other shopping. We were drawn in by how cutely the store was decorated & the selection of things to support our new birdie friends at home. We had a very nice conversation with April, who gave us good pointers on things to try, & got us signed up for the rewards program. I came to look at binoculars but didn't know where to start. Staff was extremely helpful and made me feel welcome.

The staff is welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The store was waiting for a delivery of the seeds I wanted. They were very accommodating offered to put a bag on hold for me and took my name and phone number to let me know when the merchandise came in in a day or two. I appreciated the staff’s willingness to help.
