I was looking for a tabletop feeder that is protected from the rain. Nothing quite matched was I was looking for. I am going to try a cylinder feeder on a post but am not thrilled at the prospect. Doesn't anyone else not have trees but feed birds from a table?

I don't know. Every thing was fine so I was satisfied. I found some of the prices were a little higher then I was comfortable spending but I realize that your inventory is special.

Simply way overpriced compared to the hummingbird feeders and birdhouses found at my local hardware store. Still, I spent $70 on a hummingbird feeder set up and have yet to see 1 bird after several days

Price point is high. Not sure why so expensive. Would like a good sale.

I bought a bird house which I saw online for $21.99. With a chain hanger and a predator guard on it - in the store it was $28.99. They both seemed as if they were good additions but I think they were / are overpriced.

Ordered 3 bags of unshelled peanuts. Only received one bag. Emailed the store asking if the other 2 bags were in a separate delivery. Received no reply.

I purchased a suet feeder that states it has a lifetime guarantee. I returned it to the store because squirrels destroyed it. The owner was not happy about refunding me stating that he would refund it this time but it would be the last time because I wasn’t using hot pepper suet and a baffle. It just states a lifetime guarantee. The owner made me feel really bad about my purchase!!! Can my loyalty card be transferred to another store?

Purchase was online the product was good only problem was the delivery man left it at the front door when there were directions on the box to leave by the garage

The boss who knows me as a repeat customer didn’t have to restrict my purchase right in front of me and embarrass me . There was no signage , and later , the email promotion did not say there were minimums . He could’ve politely excused my purchase of 3 , let it go , and then decide to change the rules afterward . It was disgustingly rude and inconsiderate . Knowing I’m not local and I go out of my way to shop there . He should know that there are Plenty of other competitor places that sell birds stuff ! I was buying presents for various people and this bird feeder combo was to into ride with non borders to the hobby . Stupid , very stupid on his part .

David and staff are a joy to deal with. The store is clean, well run, and always fully stocked.
