There was an item I was looking for I saw online but the store did not have. Generally I find WBU to be more expensive vs other stores with same/similar merchandise. I like WBU and will continue to shop there, as well as on-line. As a rule, I do not rate 'highly satisfied very often u less it is truly outstanding.

I have been to this store several times and have had the same experience each time. I am a nature/bird lover definitely in your target market. But I find it off-putting to have the staff pounce on me as soon as I enter. They ask immediately if they can help and when I say no, they seem to feel it's weird that I want to browse before asking questions. I like to look around the store and take my time on my own reading labels and thinking, and don't like the feeling that the staff seem to exude that they must mediate my whole visit. There's a difference between being friendly and available, and projecting irritation that I don't want to engage them right away. I am sure they feel they're being helpful, but it's a bit over-aggressive. Let people enjoy the store!

I was looking for more varieties of the seed blend. The cute clusters of seed don't have a good attachment for putting outside. Need more varieties of blends for nonbird creatures
