I appreciate the variety and high quality of the bird seed.

They selection is always VERY well stocked, and the staff is always ultra available and friendly. David's additional selection of gifts items are always fun to see and very useful for one-stop shopping when I am in of a hostess/birthday/holiday gift.(one just a gift for myself!!)

The store is staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people who can find what you need quickly. They always have in stock exactly what I need. The store is close to my home.

The staff are friendly and helped me w/purchases, I explained what I wanted and got exactly what I needed. The decor is pretty and the staff helps to carry purchases out to my car.

The store in Middletown, NJ has beautiful merchandise and great gift ideas. It is configured very nicely so one can walk around and see everything - not too crowded or overstocked but plenty to explore. The folks who work here are very friendly and cordial. I love this store!

I've never been disappointed with this store during any of my visits, it's always a great experience. Going to the store is more like visiting a friend that shares a common interest with you. I'm not sure if you advertise or not, I own a business and spend about 5 hours a week watching TV. You may want to discuss how your store is more about a gathering of people with like interests to further enhance their hobby. The staff is great. Bottom line you can buy bird seed and feeders anywhere, its' the knowledge and friendliness of the staff that keeps your clients. The quality of your seed is great, wish I was a bird by your feeder

Very helpful customer service! Enjoyed working with Tisa, who guided me to what I was looking for but also to things I didn't know I needed! I was here with my sister from MA and she had a great experience. We would happily come back!
