Staff are always freindly and very knowledgable. They always greet me when I come into the store and even remember my kids names. Always has what I need and always introduces me to new ideas for the birds.

I just love going into their store. I am always greeted by warm, friendly smiling faces. The store has such a peaceful atmosphere and a very professional staff who is always willing to help you if you need the help.

Longtime customer, first time respondent. After all these years, the owner, David, and each and every WBU Sales associate, past and present; Ed, Tisa, Robert, Christine; has been extremely friendly and very pleasant on every visit, knowledgeable on the types of seeds, feeders and accessories and above all accommodating to me a longtime customer. I enjoy speaking with them each time I go there.
