This store is awesome. The staff is friendly and the store is so inviting. I always visit this store for gifts even for those who don't enjoy birding as much as I do. They always have the best gifts for all ages. The WBU seeds and products are of the best quality and the staff is very knowledgeable. I find that the staff always offers stories and their own testimonials of birding in their own yards and what they find works best for them. It's obvious that these employees are doing what they love and it shows.

Great advice, nice discount program, assistance with packages.

I was greeted in a friendly manner by a store employee upon entering. Though I knew exactly what I needed they offered assistance. The store is well-stocked with everything need. I got a free gift for renewing my club membership which gives me a nice discount on the products.

We have been customers for a few years now and am very happy with the products you offer. The staff is very helpful and friendly, so much so, that we are on a first name basis with them.

My 3 yr old grandson visited the store with me. He was thrilled to receive a bird coloring book! I was also told about a program for little ones that the store is having at the local library in the next few weeks. Sounds great!

I make a special trip from Jackson to Middletown just to visit WBUL. So friendly & helpful. Particularly need hot food to spurn the squirrels:)
