David and the entire staff are always a welcome sight. We can chat with any one of the associates about all things related to birds--not to mention deer, squirrels, and chipmunks. It is a great place to shop.

I was on duty(EMT) during the special celebration hours so was their early. As a regular customer they still gave me the free mug that you could only get during the special hours. They are always so friendly and offer to carry the bags of seed to my car. I just wish they were a little closer to my house. They are about 35 minutes away.

We were amazed that if something happens to our bird feeders, they will fix them! Guess what, we had a problem, and they fixed it! Everyone is SO FRIENDLY and passionate about taking care of our feathered friends.

Staff answering my questions I had asked. The hummingbird feeder she recommended has been a big success with the hummingbirds. I will be back to get another one.
