WBU has high quality foods for outdoor bird feeding. I've tried other bands when I couldn't get to the store and both the birds and I were not thrilled! Also happy that there is the shipping option - I can't always get to the store and this saves time for me. My most recent experience involved on-line ordering where there seemed to be a glitch in the system. One phone call to the brick-and-mortar store and it was resolved.
