I love this store, great products and a friendly staff.

The staff was knowledgeable about the products and how best to use them. The merchandise is displayed well; the shop is not overcrowded with merchandise. The staff was friendly.

I frequent the Middletown store every two weeks and have been the past couple of years. I am always greeted by name and the employees are extremely helpful. It’s a pleasure to do business with David and his staff

The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It's great to get help putting 60-100 pounds of bird seed into my car each time I come! I can also ask questions about birds I'm seeing or any kinds of feeding issues I'm having. Right now, I'm feeding safflower because I had a starling problem, but I expect to be able to switch back soon - this was all advice I got from WBU staffers, and it's working great! On this trip, I was notified as soon as my order was ready, and when I called from the pickup area, my order was delivered to my car in maybe five minutes - very fast! Great store, great merchandise, great people!

Staff is very informative. Store has unusual products. Staff is very helpful. The products have quality. I would do anything to help our natural friends. Wonderful experience to go into this store.

The birds in our neighborhood seem to really like the No-Mess chips and seeds that we put out for them. As a result, so do we! Admittedly, we find the prices to be a bit high for our budget, but the value is good. So we belly up to the bar.

More than anything that my friend David was able to reopen his great store.
