The store is neat, well organized, clean, and not cluttered. This survey was answered during the COVID pandemic, so I will also state that the fact that there was hand sanitizer at the entrance, and that the employees were wearing masks, was a big reason why I entered the store. My condo no longer allows us to feed the birds, but I still like to shop for here for the eco-friendly items, and for gifts. The people are always friendly, and the owner of the shop (I think he’s the owner) remembers me even though I don’t visit as often as I used to. The store is doing a great job for its customers.
