Always great gift ideas, feeders and a good variety of seeds ,suet and other feeds. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and pleasant. I've been going there for many years and always learn something new when I go there.

It was simple, found what I needed without incident.

Previous to this in-store shopping during Covid, I had done curbside pickup. David, the store owner suggested a time for me to visit when the store would have few shoppers. Only he and one sales person were in the store. The sign on the exterior door indicated the number of customers who could shop and once inside was a table setup with hand sanitizer, gloves, and masks if one did not have one. There were also arrows on the floor to indicate which way to walk without being near another person. The stock of bird seed, feeders, and houses were organized and plentiful. It was easy for me to pick out the various seed and suet that I came to purchase. I also bought holiday flavored maple syrup, nature themed socks, and a face mask which were all made in the USA. I always recommend this Middletown, NJ store as the owner and his employees are friendly and very knowledgeable in addition to having unique nature gifts: socks, puzzles, books, cards, jewelry, and environmental gifts (Stasher silicone containers to use instead of one time plastics). Unfortunately during this time of Covid there are no organized walks or talks which this store usually sponsees.

I'm always highly satisfied with my shopping experiences at the Middletown, NJ WBU, both online and (when possible) at the store. They carry the products I want, and always provide them very promptly and with welcome friendliness.

It is always a great pleasure to interact with David at the store and now he extended his meticulousness and courtesy to this, my first online order. Our package was beautifully packaged with obvious care and thought. David called to say he was choosing to make deliveries in person that day and gave us an accurate idea of when he would arrive. Shopping with David and his staff at WBU is always a very high quality experience. They are all friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all things birding, fun to talk to, helpful and top notch in everyway. I feel so lucky to have them in my community.
