David called me personally to make sure I knew that one of the seeds I ordered would not work in either of the feeders I ordered. Great attention to detail. I ordered the sunflower pieces for another feeder but it’s nice to know he was making sure I was getting the right stuff. The items were a gift for Mother’s Day and my mother loved the surprise!!

I have to pay a compliment to sales associate Mike! I had a problem with a bird feeder and he said he could fix it! And that he did!!!! Amazing the last time I had an issue with a feed it was a nightmare!!! Mike was so pleasant! Also I am deaf and he new exactly how to help me!!! Now that is excellence! I will share this with the deaf community that you will be respected here!

Always pleasant to visit the store. Amazingly gifts besides the birdseed. And I love the bird cam - Barred Owls I think.
