Bird and deer food is superior - wanted to give them a Happy Christmas. Other products are of high quality as well. Store personnel are knowledgeable and friendly and even helped load the bird food in my car!

The display of merchandise is very inviting. The staff are very knowledgeable about their products and local wildlife. I’m always greeted with a smile in this shop.

The store has recently changed ownership and I have been dealing with the previous owner over many, MANY years. I was very sad to see him retire; however, it appears at least some of the staff remained and they are extremely helpful as they have always been. I have only met the new owners once, when they first took ownership and found them to be very pleasant so far.

I had placed the order to be shipped. I got a phone call at the end of that day and I was SO pleasantly surprised to hear that one of the staff lives not far from me and was DELIVERING MY ORDER TO MY FRONT DOOR. NOW how do you categorize that under the Customer Service umbrella!
