Always a pleasure to shop at this store. Staff are always pleasant, knowledgeable about the many products and fun to chat about birds with.

I explained that I wanted to get young children interested in birding and both staff members where extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. In addition, I mentioned about a platform feeder that I purchased a long time ago and hadn’t set up as yet for various reasons. Again, the staff had excellent suggestions on attracting birds and not squirrels to the platform feeder. I was very happy with my purchases. I live on Long Island and only visit this store when I visit family.

This is very much a neighborhood store despite being part of a chain. Friendly, personable staff that clearly loves birds. Store is orderly and clean. Products are high quality.
