I have never been disappointed at this store. Staff are always lovely, store is inviting, everyone is helpful.

I absolutely love this store. The store reps that are in there to help you go out of their way to make sure you get everything you need. They are also extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise and wildlife.

The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I had a great time discussing feeders with the associate, including a design for a student made water bottle feeder, he was very helpful

The store was well-stocked and well laid out. I found what I wanted promptly. The staff were very friendly, and patiently looked at my photos of birds from my neighborhood, even helping me identify a relatively rare species for our area.
