The staff is so knowledgeable and helped me with what I was looking for and answered every question I asked to my satisfaction. So many wonderful products and I learned so much this trip. Thank you for bringing this wonderful facility to our area.

I always see the same two staff when I go - the owner and another employee (names escape me, so sorry!). They are INCREDIBLE. Take the time to talk to you, understand what you’re looking for, offer suggestions with their own products, and help you to get the best experience. I will not go elsewhere for bird needs!
