Staff is always knowledgible and eager to help. And always, always cheerful, seem happy to be there, and can answer questions about what to buy and when, based on migration patterns. AND, equally important, the bird food is always fresh and eagerly consumed by our birds. (I know; I've tried to "save money" by buying elsewhere.)

I visit this store often. I am always greeted by staff and made to feel welcome. I was looking for some specific items which I found readily. I was also shopping for a suet feeder I had seen on an earlier visit. I was quickly assisted in finding the feeder and got an update on how to prepare it for use.

The staff is always there to help and they have great ideas to ensure you get the best out of the products purchased. The staff is always smiling, answering questions, and even taking heavy items out to cars. They give %110!

I love going into the store and seeing everyone, though I'm usually in a hurry! They move at my speed. They match my speed, whether I'm in a hurry or have time to dawdle! This store is 3 hours away and I make it appoint to make my purchases through them.
