Again when I went there were problems with the computer system causing check out to be slow. Quality of products may be high but the cost for many items outweigh the reason to purchase.

I bought a 3rd bag of no mess bird feed and I'm sorry I did. My birds will not eat approximately 1/3 of the food. I can't identify what it is that they will NOT eat. I saw the name in the store but don't remember it. It isn't a seed. So I am disappointed that I bought another bag. I looked all the food over but didn't think want the others. I'm just disappointed in myself for buying it again.

We found the staff to not be helpful. In the past, staff members could answer any questions, direct us to the appropriate feeders but in the last 6 months, help has been very disappointing. We have had large birds take over our feeders. We need help to figure out how to feed smaller birds and asked for help. But no one there could answer our questions - “I don’t know” isn’t what I ever expect to hear from the supposedly “premium” bird store.

The feeder arrived without its front window glass, making it un-usable.

The price of your products is ridiculous. I did not renew my long rime membership and think that $40 for a small bag of thistle and 20 lbs. of safflower is ridiculous!!!!!!!
