My fault too; I had a coupon for $10 off $60 and put it on the counter when paying, but when I looked at the receipt the next day, the $10 had not been taken off. Called the store; should have credit under my name. Computer with that information not accessible to today's staff.

While the quality of the products are above average from what I can tell the cost is a little high.

The person helping me was clearly new and had to keep asking someone else for answers to my questions. When the new people took over, poorer service to individuals ensued. I’ve been a long time customer and gone are those who knew me and talked with me.

I was looking for a basic deck feeder stand. None to be found at this store. But I found lots of stands to choose from on Amazon. Pity I didn't want to shop there.

I asked the woman checking me out if my coupon/discount was applied. She said yes and I paid and left. However, after looking at my receipt I believe my birthday coupon was not applied. I believe only my club discount was applied. It would be helpful if workers would explain what specific discount has been applied. Assuming I'm correct, my birthday coupon will expire without me having a chance to use it. Thank you.

I came in because for the first time, my husband and I have Orioles coming to our house/feeders. We didn't know much about them, so I came in to learn more and to purchase a Oriole feeder. One employee was very friendly and helpful. She asked questions and showed products. She also answered my questions. The other employee attempted to be "friendly". She asked a couple of questions and then just walked away as I was talking. About 10 minutes later she asked me the same questions. When I started to answer, she said "Oh yeah, I already talked to you" and she walked away again as I was answering. I think she may have been the manager. I was the only customer in the store at the time.
