The store is great. I just feel that the prices are high. We buy many of our other feed products at other stores due to the price.

I rarely rate anything at the top. I was Satisfied with my purchase and with the friendliness, cleaningess and knowledge of the staff.

Everything was fine. I just felt a little awkward because I preferred curb side versus coming into the store (you know you can come in to the store now was the response when I chose curb side). I doubt if I will be going into the store anytime soon due to being an at risk senior. It's nice if no matter how I spend $125 I feel like the purchase was appreciated even though I didn't 'come in'. thanks.

My experience was satisfactory. There was nothing wrong, it was a normal transaction with nothing extraordinary to merit Highly Satisfied. Viewed it as a routine purchase.

Was waiting for someone to get off the phone that was suppose to answer something...but othr than that, nothing!

One checkout terminal was not updated so Savings club was not correct. Went back to store and the glitch was discovered on the terminal. All was corrected in a highly satisfactory manner. Have been a customer for a long time so not a big deal for me but perhaps with others.

The expensive loyalty program I’m a part of generated a $10 coupon. I asked if there was a mobile app or email or some sort of non-paper way to track this. All 3 employees looked at me like I was from Jupiter when I asked this and were completely lost as to why I would not want ANOTHER piece of scrap paper floating around my car. FYI I lost the $10 coupon before I returned home so hopefully the photo I took of it will work in the future. It feels like all the staff and potentially every point of contact I’ve had at this store is stuck in 1995 permanently and has no interest in changing to meet current customer demand.

It was after the Christmas holiday and there were some Christmasy things not discounted as much as I had hoped. Seed wreath for example.
