This store sells many items you cannot find anywhere else. The quality of the bird foods are beyond any other we have found. The selection of non food items is exceptional.

Item I bought was available in front of me. So fast purchase

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, by the owner, no less! The owner was called to the register/desk area, but she brought someone else over to help me while she was gone! I asked a lot of questions, they answered them. They did not pressure me into buying anything! That's why I did buy some stuff!

Product looking for was easily found. Clerk notified me my membership had expired and I was able to renew on the spot. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store.

The new owners have decluttered and revamped the store, and it looks so nice. The merchandise displays flow easily through the store. Staff is very helpful.

Store is nicely set up. Clean and has lots of interesting things for birds. I like wild bird seeds above all others. Good quality seeds.

The store is clean and the merchandise neatly organized. The staff is very cordial and welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable about birds, bird food, types of feeders, etc. I’m always cheerfully greeted when I enter the store, followed by the question, “What brings you in today.” It really is a very welcoming store.
