The variety of selection along with the price. Your selection is very diverse and love that you have such a slection on bird information.

The fact that my prior purchases are saved on the computer makes it easy for me to remember what I got before. This is especially helpful now that we can't go in to the store (which I think is a good idea, to keep the staff and the customers safe). The staff is so helpful and friendly.

The staff always greets me when I walk in the store. They are very knowledgeable and quickly suggest ways to solve whatever problem I am experiencing. WBU has become one of the places I frequent almost on a weekly basis. My birds love your products also and keep me constantly having to re-supply!
