Friendly staff and good selection of merchandise. The store is shopper friendly.

We have always enjoyed coming into the store, looking around and asking questions about birds, feeders, etc. Our questions are answered with even more info added.

Selection is great. Easy to shop the store by category. Staff is helpful. You need to integrate your customer base with other stores so if you are a member at one site it rolls over to another store.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They even helped me carry all the seed to my car. You were out of the Woodpecker suet that we usually buy, so I got a different one to try. I don’t think they like it as much.

The delivery was much faster than I had expected. I ordered in the morning and it was delivered that evening! It was helpful to have it brought to the house, given the pandemic. Thank you.

The store has always been my go to store for our needs and we will continue to shop there.
