The young man who helped me was engaging and very knowledgeable! He was great to talk to about hummingbirds and the feeders.

The merchandise they sell is of good quality and the staff is friendly and knowledgable.

The Staff helped me try to figure out what kind of bird was in my yard.

Ordered on line, next day email that item was ready for pickup in store. When arrived on store, lady was right there, got item out to me & I was out of store within a couple of minutes.

We went in for bird seed and to see if we could purchase one of the metal "screens" that hold in the suet in our woodpecker feeder. Not only could it be replaced, but the person helping us told us the manufacturer would replace it for free! Because we were so happy, we bought a larger woodpecker feeder and a bird bath! We had excellent customer service from friendly folks. Win win!

The store always has what I need and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable and I always get good tips for my bird feeding issues (including those birds known as raccoons).

Mark was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made choosing what was best for our needs very easy. We are now enjoying our purchase and membership. Love seeing the birds some to the feeder and suet stand. Look forward to our next visit.
