Great customer service

I had purchased a gift card for a friend who loves "bird" themed items. Rather than just give her the gift card, I brought her to the store with which she was totally unfamiliar. She was like a "kid in a candy shop" and was so overwhelmed by the extent of beautiful gifts. I began to think I should bring her back so she wouldn't be rushed. But she thought of one of those flags for the yard from which she had several to choose. She bought one for now and will return in the spring/summer to buy another one with the remaining balance. She is simply thrilled with her purchase.
