You have great product and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Some product was sold out but I understand supply shortages.

Been shopping there for years, even when living in Colorado for several years. Love birds, so keep food in feeders year around. Spending more on bird food than I do myself. Everyone is very nice in the store and always carrying my bags to the car for me.they often have suggestions to solve my problem. Love it there. Pretty store and nice gift items.

I was met at the door immediately asking how I could be helped. I had a few questions which were all answered about certain items I wanted to purchase. Everything I wanted was in stock. I was also able to use a $5 off $25 promotion I received by email. Great experience.
