Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I was studying the pole system - intending to buy - but no staff available. Staff quickly noticed, went in the back, brought a knowledgeable person out, one who owned the system, explained well etc. I've shopped at WBU for many years but no longer live in Indy. Bring one to Lafayette (even our independent store closed with Covid!). I already trusted the product and the company, then to also be very pleased with staff was a bonus. But just so you know, I haven't put the system together yet and i'm not terribly able, so I've got a little trepidation!

The staff in our store is unbelievable! They are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They have almost become like friends as my husband and I do frequent the store. The quality of WB products is really worth the extra you pay for it. We have never been disappointed. I'm a firm believer that no matter how great your product is, it is the people who make the business. Our store has it in spades. Take care of the staff, they are as valuable as your products!
