I purchased a tube feeder a couple years ago and the base broke. I was told that you could fix them by adding new parts so my feeder is complete again. Excellent customer service guarantees that I will be back!

The owner took time to walk me through what I needed and gave her recommendations and why. She also gave me guidance of where to place things in my yard and really showed her depth of knowledge and enthusiasm. She was super patient.
