We have become frequent customers and every time we stop in we are given a warm welcome and offered assistance. Items are well organized and there is always a good selection.

The sales person (young lady with short blondish brown hair) was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. She stayed engaged with me while i asked questions and made selections. signed me up for the program w/ gift and savings for $25. asked to help me out. She did a great job!

I feed the birds and shop regularly at Wild Birds in Carmel. The staff all know Bev and greet, let me pick up my merchandise and are very friendly and helpful at check out.
