The staff are always pleasant, knowledgeable, willing to listen to my bird stories (and Squirrel stories) always help me with my order and since I’m weight restrictions always help get the seed and other product in my vehicle. I can get cheaper merchandise six miles from where I live but I choose to drive 45 miles to get quality products at WBU

The clerk let me know about the current sale. He was professional and knowledgeable

I just love feeding my birds the best food that money can buy.

Customer service is great. The only problem is with No Mess feed there is a lot of dust which clogs the feeder. We have to clean out the feeder every 8 to 10 days so the birds have access to the seeds. We have started putting the seed thru a screen to get rid of the dust but we hope the supplier will work to eliminate the problem dust. The No Mess feed is not living up to its' name.
