quality of merchandise good but I prefer to look on my own for a while at merchandise without high pressure sales

I had a coupon which the staff was unaware. I had to show the email with the coupon. My daughter was with me (who lives in the Kingwood area and may become a customer on her own), but the young staff would not use the coupon for her separate purchase. It would have been a maximum of $6.50 off the total price. By your hesitancy/resistance to be helpful, accomodating, and friendly, you most likely have lost one and possibly a second customer.

It was ‘hard sell ‘ from the time entered store. Felt like an intruder. She never left my side AT ALL!
