Love the products and staff are so helpful if needed

The store is incredibly attractive--it's laid out in a way that draws me in as I move from one item to another, front to back. Everything is well-labeled and displayed to advantage. Beyond the bird seed and feeders, I enjoy seeing the beautiful cards and other bespoke items. The store staff (of all ages, including several young people) know an incredible amount about the feeding habits of local birds, their preferences, nesting patterns, and which foods support them. I'm always blown away with the knowledge of the folks who work at this location.

I enjoy the people, and their knowledge and help. I have been a customer in the past and I shop here because of the quality and service. Will pay the higher price for the service and quality. I consider this worth it as a specialty store.
