The store person seemed to have little knowledge about birds and the merchandise available. He had some knowledge, but not much. I prefer to talk to someone who knows more than me. He was very professional and personable.

Not the store's fault, I'm the one that went to the store instead of ordering online. I'm highly allergic to peanuts and being in the store too long begins to affect me (even wearing a mask) and I have to step outside which makes check out longer.

I had heard so much about WBU and its stores, perhaps my expectations were too high. We did buy a hummingbird feeder and a wild bird's feeder with seed and hope these work as advertised.
