This was my first time to one of your stores and I had GREAT customer service!

John and Susie and their helpers are always friendly and helpful. I love that they carry items to the car for me, since I have a bum shoulder that limits my ability to carry all that wonderful merchandise. They have an excellent selection of feed, feeders, and gift items. Their price is higher than other suppliers, but the quality and service make it worth the difference. Their presentations and guest speakers are an added attraction.

First time to this store location and we were greeted upon entry. We were delighted to find a large variety of feeders and bordered options. The staff were pleasant and seemed to enjoy working in the store.

The staff was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of educational information about the different types of seeds that were available for the birds we typically see. They talked us through the Daily Savings Club membership to show us how to maximize savings in the future. Invited us back for an anniversary event on January 19th. It was an enjoyable experience. We love to feed and watch our birds and appreciate the knowledge that's available to us at this location. The quality of the products that are sold are excellent. It's a great location for the store. We eat, shop and buy groceries close by, so we're in the area quite frequently. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to our friends.

The staff always take whatever time is required to answer questions and assist with advice. They often go out of their way to share material to help novice learners like me to appreciate wild birds even more.

John and Suzy owners are so nice and helpful! The quality of the merchandise is great! We really love the range of products to select from and also the Bird Bucks program!

They always stock the hot pepper bird cones for the holders. I need those to outsmart the squirrels. Convenient hours and locations
