The owners are always friendly and talk with the customers for a few minutes until they have other customers to take care of. They always greet you as you enter the store.If you need help deciding what supplies you need they will recommend some of their merchandise. They never pressure you to buy anything. You can browse around the store without any questions if you choose. They are ready and willing to help carry your merchandise out to your vehicle if you want them to. They always say: have a nice day, and leave you feeling great after you leave.

We enjoyed the presentation and learned a lot about how our local birds feed. The variety of feed and feeders was impressive. We had a hummer feeding 15 minutes after setting up our new feeder!
