I visit the Kingwood, TX store. The staff and owners are very knowledgable and helpful. They take great care to ensure their customers are satisfied and taken care of. I highly recommend!

John, Susie and Barbara are nothing short of incredible! We came to this store a little over a year ago with zero knowledge of birds and feeding, and failed attempts at feeding in the past. All three of them greeted, educated and encouraged us to try some new things! Now our birds and squirrels are our favorite hobby! We have learned so much, and feel like going to this Wild Birds store is like a visit with friends! Love all three of them! We share our love of this store and the ideas and info they share with everyone we talk to about our set up! Can't say enough good about this store and the staff, and value of the products we get from there! YAY!

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Only issue is that twice I have driven over to pick up suet and they were sold out of the kind I was looking for. Store is clean and has attractive displays.
