The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions. I love the quality of their products, I find not just useful items I need , but also some wonderful gift items as well!

Susie and John are always very nice, friendly and knowledgeable when you are in the store. They are able to steer you in the right direction, giving you different options on what you are needing.

Store staff is friendly and very helpful. Not only do they go out of their way to assist customers but they also have in-store lectures on birding and conservation topics/projects in the surrounding area.
