The owners/staff at this store are just incredibly friendly and kind. I love going in there to see what's new and can always count on getting good information when I have questions, or just want to chat about birds I've seen at my feeders. I also love to see how the staff interacts with their older clients.

Knowledge of owner. Extremely nice and helpful. I could buy the products offered by Birds Unlimited on the internet but elect to purchase from my local store. Mainly because of the owner. I rarely respond to surveys but had to here. I really appreciate my local store and it’s owners.
