The owners are friendly and always are available to help. Although the store is a chain, it is like dealing with a neighbor store.

I learn something new about birds and wildlife each time i visit. The staff is always to helpful and friendly. I tend to linger and talk to the staff. They have become my bird and wildlife family I go to for help, information and the best food for my birds and squirrels. I am so grateful they are here in the neighborhood.

Great Black Friday sale and had the store to myself at the early hour. Staff as always very helpful, including helping to carry everything out to the car. Love local talks given and enjoy meeting other birders there and hearing about to solutions to pests and predators.
