Each time I go there, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. There is enough merchandise and a good selection.

I know what I need when I shop there and it is usually instock.

Easy ordering and quick pick up

First of all the selection of the merchandise. This location has all the bird feeding needs to keep my birds happy and fed. I tried a new product, but my birds are not taking to it so I will stick to the usual next time. What I like is to try new products for my birds and this location has it all. Second the staff is so friendly and helpful. They know the products and make helpful suggestions. They are eager to help. Third, the location of the store is so convenient. It is located in a shopping center where I do all my shopping, so I can easily go by and pick up what I need.
