The store is always clean and uncluttered. Products are arranged where items are easy to locate and compare to similar products. Staff is very professional and helpful, but not overbearing. Always a very pleasant experience!

John & Susie are friendly and knowledgeable about birds. They often help me identification of a bird I’ve seen. I love shopping in their store for the latest bird stuff.
