The knowledge of staff with regard to products and knowledge of how to create a backyard that supports a healthy bird environment is very helpful. The quality of feeders and feed reassures a positive experience for birds and watchers. The young lady and adult woman are friendly and professional. We had an overall excellent experience!

They know me since I have bluebirds and they are on their second brood so I need mealworms. They have them in stock along with the cylinder bird seed and suet I need for my other birds. They are very nice folks who work here.

Susie was incredibly helpful! I needed to add to our feeder and birdhouse setup and she helped me find exactly what I needed and offered an abundance of advice on feed options and water wigglers for our bird baths. It was my first time in the store and I will definitely return.
