This store is absolutely phenomenal! I just started the hobby of bird feeding a few months ago. When I discovered this gem of a store, I was amazed at the variety and quality of items they carry of course, that’s only part of it. The most wonderful quality of the store is how thoughtful and helpful the staff is. I appreciate their sharing of their immense knowledge! Thank you!!

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, and they have it. Owners are very nice and helpful also.

The products in your store are excellent. They are fresh, bug free, whole kernels e.g. not broken into small pieces and you have ex@Carly what the birds like to eat. I get way more birds on my feeders when I buy good products from WBU. The store is clean, pleasant and has all totems I need. The staff is always very helpful and kind!

EVERY time I go in there John and his wife are friendly, welcoming and chat like we are friends. They go out of their way to explore for extras like what my bird feeding goals are and also make suggestions like what plants you can plant to attract certain birds. GREAT folks! GREAT store!
