It's nice to be able to shop at a local franchise location with quality products and friendly, helpful staff.

The store had what I needed in stock. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is I spent more money than I intended to.

Molly was excellent. She knew just what I wanted.

My questions about cleanup for my neglected feeders were answered (we’ve been covid sick—w/ unfortunately a death—so maintenance wasn’t done for 8 weeks)

It is one of my favorite places to shop! The owners are a wealth of knowledge. Every recommendation they have given me has been spot on. They go out of their way to give every customer their full attention.

The employee that assisted with purchase was very knowlegeable and wanted me to know all the different options that came with the bird feeder stand. It was greatly appreciated!
