The most important thing I like is that the staff is very knowledgeable. We became members about a year ago and each time I visit I learn something about the birds coming to the feeders I purchased at WBU. This visit I learned about the birds I am seeing who are migrating—hence a great number of nuthatches. I now have three WBU feeders and am buying them for my adult kids who live nearby. We live in an urban forest

My birds will only eat your products and your staff is always helpful with the latest bird information (how to deal with unwanted invaders, new products, bird sightings, etc.).
