Lauren is the best part of this store. She is so knowledgable and passionate about the store, its products, and birds in general… she is very inspiring. All her recommendations are correct. Last time I was in, I requested a new feeder for my wrens. She knew exactly what to recommend, as far as feeder and seed. I really appreciate her level of knowledge. She is also incredibly friendly, always addresses me by name, offers to carry my purchase out to the car. Etc. She is truly an exceptional employee, which is nearly impossible to find these days. I always leave the store satisfied with my purchase and excited to see how my purchase enriches the lives of my birds. Literally, cannot say enough great things about Lauren!
