The staff greets you as soon as you enter the store. They are willing to go the extra mile with suggesting products. I look forward to coming into the store because everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I love everything about this store, however Sage & Pecan were out on a delivery with Mitch, so I could only visit with Martin. Good thing, he’s super sweet😊!

The staff is very knowledgeable about the seasonal needs of local birds. They have helped me choose different items for specific seasons. Laurel and Mitchell have been helpful in choosing other accessories, ie bird houses too.
