It was an overall it was very pleasant experience. The woman that helped was very professional and helpful. I had inquired about classes and she set me up through my email to receive information on upcoming events. She made product recommendations. There was also a really nice cat to pet! I do really enjoy WBU products as there are very good quality. Sometimes they are a little out of my price range.
